    Spoilers…

    I love teenage joker.
That being said, probably a red herring.

    • Sarah

Naw the creator of the show just did an interview in which he said this is 100% not a red herring, and is the first chapter in a long Joker origin story.

    • C’mon son

This guy who pLays the part of Joker is a brilliant actor!

  • Abraxas

Nice to see Tio Hector up and about. He made quite a recovery

  • exoskull

i thought the jokers name was “jack” also i thought his dad killed his mom his dad cut scars in his mouth right i guess there changing the story

    • adamwoodard

There actually is no real origin story for the Joker. Everyone has had a crack at it. Look at The Killing Joke. He was a failed stand up comic who got wrangled into working with the Red Hood Gang and was then disfigured by a chemical bath resulting in the skin and hair change.

  • The Batman

More and more I see that Gotham has been cast really well. Fish Mooney’s character is much more interesting now, David Mazouz’s Bruce Wayne looks a LOT like the Bruce Wayne from Arkham City, except younger of course, and acts a lot like Bale’s Bruce Wayne in his mannerisms. Camren is literally young Michelle Pfeiffer, Gordon and Bullock, are, well, Gordon and Bullock, and the latest person to join the cast, Cameron Monaghan’s Jerome, is like an amalgamation of Mark Hamill, Jack Nicholson, and even a bit of Heath Ledger’s Joker, as a teenager. I’m not really sure if he’ll actually turn out to be the Joker, but if this is their decision, I’m all for it. I don’t really even mind that he’s supposed to have a mysterious past, this is like the untold story of the Joker (:

  • The Batman

Characters that HAVE to appear in Gotham soon:

    Dr. Hugo Strange

    A young Harleen Quinzel

Jervis Tetch, most probably a wee lad with a fascination of Alice in Wonderland

Ra’s Al Ghul and the League of Assassins, maybe a young Talia as well? (Maybe Ra’s finally finds a Lazarus Pit somewhere in Gotham)

Victor and Nora Fries (huge potential in Gotham here)

More of Tommy Elliot, maybe Bruce and Tommy should become friends or something. (And Tommy hates it that Bruce beat the shit out of him)

    Lucius Fox

    Rupert Thorne I guess?

    • Abraxas

Good choices, but Dr Strange is Marvel, isn’t he? (j/k, lol)

      • Hans Gruber

Dr. Hugo Strange is DC. Proprietor of Arkham.

      • The Batman

It all makes sense now!!! Jerome will become Spider-Man!
        I knew it!

  • Luxlight

Still waiting for a ‘fish out of water’ joke

  • Romz Roses

No joke, (no pun intended) That small segment off acting from the guy who supposedly becomes The Joker was great, his laugh is spot on and the facial expression were spot on. very Heath Ledger-esque. I love him!
Also the women Jim’s with now is a dream women, hate the one who walked in on em

  • ben

Alfred is the worst cast, so shit. how is he a cockney. Shit eastender actor

  • Mexter

The kid that plays young Joker plays a manic character on Shameless US, guess that part really helped him with the Joker’s moodswings, they were spot-freaking on.
